Climbing Training and Coaching Prices and Information
Climbing Coaching
We work out of all major climbing centres in the South East. Typically, we can be found a couple of days a week working out of centres in London such as The Castle and Mile End. Outside of London at centres such as White Spider in Surbiton and Oakwood Climbing Centre in Wokingham.
Our sessions typically start looking at technique and how you approach your climbing (tactically) as well as your physical strengths and weakness which underpin your climbing. This gives you a wide range of areas to work on between sessions. Sessions can be either a one off to help give your climbing a boost or regular coaching to ensure continued development.
The sessions frequently utilise video analysis to help you understand how you are moving and to provide valuable feedback and also any necessary profiling to help you understand how physical limitations are affecting your technique on the wall.
Adult Prices*

Training and Profiling
Climbing technique is underpinned by a wide variety of physical pre-requisites to help improve. Mobility and Stability of key joints is vital in order to achieve the body positions necessary. It is important as a climber to build a strong base on which to build performance. Our profiling toolkit helps highlight key deficits in your athletic function and your core function then looks at your climbing specific attributes to help you build a solid base to improve from.
Our main profiling system is the BMC Toolkit which is currently used on the Junior Team. Where necessary we can expand on this to highlight further areas that may need working on. We can also use the FMS system if needed.
For performance profiling we offer Lattice Assessment which give a complete breakdown of finger strength development and energy system development to help structure your training and climbing to achieve your ultimate goals! This combined with the other profiling tools helps give a complete profile of your physical attributes.
