Home Training Plan
5 week home training plan designed to improve strength, mobility and finger strength! Kit requirements, pull-up bar, fingerboard, TRX (not essential), therabands and a foam roller and a few weights. All programs come with a recommended sessions planner. Suitable for new climbers through to experienced climbers.
Bespoke Home Training Plan
A personalised training plan including a 20-30 minute Skype consultation to appropriately plan the program. This program is designed much more around the kit you have available, although to get the most out of the training we advice a similar kit list to the standard home training plan.
